Our Story
I started Supplency to honour a part of myself I was working to find again; the version that had grown quiet beneath the chaos of life. Somewhere between responsibility and routine, I lost the sense of calm and connection that once guided me. Supplency began as a way to remember.
As I found my way back, I realized I wasn’t alone. So many women had learned to silence their intuition — to push away the soft, knowing voice that once felt natural. We began to forget the language of our own energy, the guidance that arrives in dreams, and the grounded clarity that lives in nature’s rhythm.
Supplency grew from that recognition. It became a space to rebuild trust in ourselves, to listen again. Dreams became my first teachers, revealing truths the waking world often hides. Crystals followed as companions, each one carrying the quiet intelligence of the earth. Together, they formed a bridge between intuition and embodiment; the unseen and the tangible, the spiritual and the real.
